Start with the task

Determine what furniture you are looking for, who it is intended for, and the required volume. For a store, regular supply and assortment are important; for a project, dimensions and materials are key; for a private label, the ability to manufacture according to technical specifications is essential.

Compile a list of manufacturers

Use categories and regional search in the directory. In the cards, study the specialization, product photos, website, and available information on cooperation terms. A lack of information in a card does not mean that the required service is unavailable: inquire about it directly.

Verify alignment with the task

Request an up-to-date catalog, examples of similar orders, and a description of production capabilities. If appearance or quality is critical, discuss a sample or a site visit to the production facility. A photograph alone does not confirm the quality of the entire batch.

Compare Identical Conditions

Send the same request to several manufacturers. Compare the configuration, materials, minimum order quantity, lead times, and delivery. Discuss who is responsible for packaging, assembly, and post-delivery issue resolution.

Contact the Selected Companies

Contact details are available in the manufacturer's profile. The catalog helps identify options; current availability, pricing, and lead times are confirmed by the factory itself. If it is difficult to compile a list, use the manufacturer selection tool.
