Describe the product and its purpose
Specify the type of furniture, the location of use, and operating requirements. Attach a sketch, drawing, photos, or links to examples. Separately note what is mandatory in the example and what can be modified.
Specify Dimensions and Materials
Provide dimensions, desired materials, finishes, upholstery, and hardware. If a decision has not yet been made, ask for suggested options. The clearer the initial data, the easier it is for the factory to assess production feasibility.
Determine the volume
Specify the quantity for each item, the need for a sample, and the expected frequency of orders. If the volume is not yet known, state this and request clarification on the minimum order quantity.
Describe the conditions
Specify the delivery city, desired timeframe, budget benchmark, and the need for assembly or installation. For private label production, separately describe the requirements for labeling and packaging.
Leave a contact for clarifications
Add a name, company, and a convenient way to communicate. Send the same initial data to selected manufacturers or fill out the selection form. The preliminary offer is refined after the specifications and factory capabilities are agreed upon.
