Processing is regulated by Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”. The operator processes only the data necessary for the purposes indicated below. Do not send passport data, health information or other special categories of data. The site does not ask for biometric data.
Purposes, data and grounds for processing
Requests and requests: name, email, if indicated - phone number, position, company, contents of the request and attached files. The goal is to respond to an appeal, check information about the company, organize a selection or prepare an agreement at the initiative of the applicant. Grounds: consent, when it is requested separately, or the need to conclude or execute a contract at the initiative of the applicant; fulfillment of duties established by law.
Personal account: name, email, information about the company and the powers of the representative, authorization data and official records of actions. The goal is to provide access to company management and ensure security. The basis is the conclusion and execution of an agreement on the use of the office, the requirements of the law. Passwords are stored as protected derived values.
Site visitors: voluntary analytics data is listed in separate consent. Before consent and after its withdrawal, analytics are disabled. Technical connection details, including IP address, may be processed by the infrastructure for page delivery, abuse prevention and site security; they are not used for advertising.
Processing methods and recipients
Processing includes collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, necessary transfer, blocking, deletion and destruction; carried out automatically and with the participation of authorized employees. Access is provided on a need-to-know basis. The operator applies access control, secure connection and backup.
To check contacts in the selection, DaData (Data Q LLC) is used; Only the data necessary for verification is transmitted after separate consent in the form. The applicant's contact details are transferred to the selected factories only with separate confirmation of such transfer. Consent to mailings is not included in consent to application processing or analytics.
The main databases and backup copies of the site are located on the territory of the Russian Federation. Maps and videos are external services. When you open a page with a map, Yandex Maps connects automatically and receives technical connection data, including the IP address. An external video player is connected when a visitor opens a video. The documents of the respective provider apply to them. Consent to site analytics does not apply to external services.
Documents of external services: Yandex Maps, YouTube / Google, VK, Rutube. External services can process data outside the Russian Federation; If you do not want such processing, do not connect an external service.
Terms and termination of processing
Data from requests and applications are processed until the issue is resolved or the selection is completed; account data - during its use. Once the purpose has been achieved or consent has been withdrawn, data for which there is no other legal basis for storage will be destroyed within no more than 30 days. Documents that are required by law to be kept for longer are retained within the time limits established by law. Analytics data is stored for up to 180 days; server confirmation of consent - during its validity and up to 180 days after expiration to confirm the legality of processing.
Your rights and appeals
You have the right to obtain information about the processing, demand clarification, blocking or destruction of illegally processed data, withdraw consent, contact Roskomnadzor or the court. Send your request to the operator’s email or to the postal address above; Provide information that allows you to find your details and confirm your connection to them. Do not send copies of documents unless necessary.
A response to a request for data is provided within 10 business days; in cases provided for by law, the period may be extended by no more than 5 working days with reasoned notification. The requirement to stop processing is fulfilled within the terms of Article 21 No. 152-FZ, except in cases where the law allows for continued processing. Opting out of analytics is available without contacting the operator in the cookie settings.
Consent to data processing for analytics

Application data for the selection of manufacturers
The selection form collects order parameters and the name, company, telephone, email and request text specified by the buyer. Contacts are used to process the application and respond to it. In the form of individual selection, the application is submitted for manual processing to the staff of Furnmate. If the buyer has separately selected factories and confirmed the transfer of contacts, the data is transferred only to these factories.
Full name, phone number and email are checked and normalized through DaData. The manager reviews the terms of the order and contacts the applicant. Contacts and application texts are available to authorized employees; they are not included in selection statistics. This form does not ask for consent to receive marketing communications.

Terms of use of the site
When using the catalog, comply with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the rights of third parties. When contacting or managing a company, provide accurate information and act within the limits of your authority. Do not post other people's personal data without legal grounds. Access to the account cannot be transferred to unauthorized persons.
